Easycrew is founded in January 2014. Our company is based in the Netherlands and has two divisions. On one side we have the crewing department fully focused on the towage industry, and on the other side we have the permanent staffing division. This way we are able to help our clients with solving long and short term recruitment problems.

We care about our clients, and we care about our people.

Our company treads all clients with the same level of service. Some clients are using our services already for a long period of time and have crew members from Easycrew in a fixed rotation schedule. Around 60% of the seafarers that are send to one of our clients have a permanent contract within our company. Providing the best performing crew is our goal.
