About us: A century of expertise at the service of river transport

The Plouvier Group, a key player in inland tanker shipping, specializes in the transport of clean petroleum products and light chemicals across the entire European waterway network through Plouvier Chartering NV and Intertrans Tankschiffahrt AG, based in Birsfelden. Additionally, RP Tankschiffahrt AG complements the group’s activities, further strengthening its presence and expertise in the inland tanker shipping sector.

All our assignments are carried out under a quality system in which reliability, experience, attention to safety & environment together with a future oriented vision are of high importance.

As such, all procedures & instructions contained in the quality manual and captain’s manual under ISO 9001 – 2015 are aimed at providing our customers with the best possible service through these objectives and through continuous improvements.
