Captain inland shipping (Permanent or Freelance)

Flexbox Crewing is seeking experienced 1st and 2nd Captains to fill several positions on our diverse range of inland vessels. We have options to accommodate various preferences, from short-term assignments next to job, to fixed positions with 2- or 3-week rotations.

Our company manages the crew for some notable industry leaders with the new and modern vessels of all types.

In terms of compensation, we offer competitive day rates for freelance/next-to-job captains, as well as the option for fixed contracts either through Flexbox Crewing or directly with the ship owner. Several of our clients also provide attractive contracts based in Luxembourg or Switzerland.
