We are mid-sized agency, specializing in maritime recruitment and placement. We have a spacious top-floor office in the heart of the Limassol oldtown. As an Office Employee, your communication and organization skills will be paramount. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date administration to support our operations, processing paperwork, booking flights for crew members, and handling small payments. We work with Microsoft Office tools like Teams, but mainly process our day-to-day operations in our custom-made software. Your typical day might include being in touch with our workforce, liaising with international colleagues, and interacting with our clients. Remember to pause for a moment for a coffee with your colleagues - no day at Flexbox is the same! While prior experience in the maritime and recruitment industry is not mandatory, it would certainly be appreciated. However, we value adaptability and the willingness to learn, so if you're enthusiastic about the industries we serve, we'd be glad to provide training.
