With our team we are dedicated to maintaining and sailing the fleet for multiple esteemed inland shipping companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our experienced team takes pride in managing a robust fleet consisting of approximately 10 pushers and over 40 push barges. Every day, our skilled crew ensures the smooth operation of these vessels, both during their voyages and during crucial maintenance periods. We understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency in the maritime industry, and we strive to exceed expectations in every aspect of our work.

Who we are and what we do

We are a maritime employment agency based in Limassol, offering both permanent and temporary employment on Cypriot contracts, and self-employed mediation for cross-border work on river barges. Most of our clients operate in the Rotterdam-Antwerp region.

Our specialty is serving clients in the push-barging industry. We supply both sailing crew and maintenance professionals, meeting a broad range of staffing needs within this sector.

Who are we looking for?

Our agency primarily employs professionals from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. We offer a wide range of positions to cater to diverse skill sets and career aspirations, including roles as deckhands, sailors, and captains. Additionally, we have various opportunities within our maintenance and technical crews, ensuring we cover all aspects of maritime operations.

Our work schedule is typically 2 to 3 weeks long, giving everyone plenty of time to relax at home after a shift. And if you’re traveling a long way to work, don’t worry, we help sort out the transportation to and from the barge.
