Flexbox Crewing invites Filipino recruits eager to navigate the European waterways and be part of our expanding Filipino crew. Over a 6-month period, we'll guide you from the role of Deckhand, progressing to Licht-sailor (Lichtmatroos), and finally achieving the desired Sailor (Matroos) stamp in your sailorbook. Upon reaching the Sailor position, which may vary based on your seafaring experience and dedication, you'll have the opportunity to serve on diverse vessels and earn an attractive monthly salary ranging from €1750 to €2300.

Requirements:
