Role Overview:

As our Maritime Market Representative for Hungary, you will play a crucial role in establishing our presence in this region. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a comprehensive database of local sailors and captains. You will explore various channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, industry events, and seafaring schools to identify potential talents and professionals. Also you will collect in depth knowledge of the local regulations regarding international seafaring and sailor book applications. To be short - you become our expert and contact point for the Hungarian market and we offer a lot of freedome to which direction you want to develop yourself more, like for example recruitment or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Proactively build and manage a database of Hungarian sailors and captains for recruitment purposes.
•     Utilize various platforms and networking events to connect with potential candidates.
•     Collaborate with our team to understand the intricacies of the maritime industry.
•     Communicate with potential candidates, explaining the benefits of joining Flexbox Crewing.
•     Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

•     Proficiency in Hungarian, English, and preferably German to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
•     Somewhat of interest in the maritime industry
•     Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
•     Proactive approach to identifying and engaging with potential talent.
•     Ability to work independently, remote and as part of a team.
