(Remote) Maritime Back-Office Support

JobWave is seeking a back-office support member for our recruiting team. While our front-office recruiters primarily engage with potential candidates and clients over the phone, we require someone to assist in the back-office. This role is remote, allowing applicants from around the globe to apply. While experience in recruitment or the maritime industry is preferred, it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect CVs from various channels and categorize them into our CRM
• Review applications and provide feedback to applicants
• Expand our social network presence on LinkedIn/Facebook with relevant potential connections
• Coordinate with our recruiters to discuss open positions and gather matching profiles from our database or social platforms
